All music and sound recordings have been composed, recorded and compiled by me, Peter Mummé - and are copyright
They may be freely downloaded and used in any private non-commercial pieces or projects - or just enjoyed for what they are ..

They have been made available, without cost, so as to encourage listening, experimenting and finding fun uses in all kinds of new pieces, places and situations around the world

Copyright and accreditation

All our downloaded sounds and musics tracks may be used freely in personal projects - that is, projects that are not being made for money nor for sale; this includes both the 30sec and the full track (paid for) downloads

Soundtracks for home movies and slide shows, music pieces, dance and theatre presentations, community and school projects, trials/demos for proposed works .. are such projects

If you are getting paid for making and/or professionally producing a project that uses any 'sounds and musics' tracks, then accreditation and possibly remuneration is required; you need to tell me what you want to use, what for and approximately when

The names of any tracks used in broadcast, film, production or public performances must be registered with your (own country's) national performing rights organisation (ascap. bmi, apra, etc) using the download file names as the titles - eg 0311ambi; mtm08even30; 3142elem
These are the registered titles of the pieces and should be logged with my name (Peter Mummé) as composer

This will then allow public performance of the tracks - either as themselves or when mixed with other sounds and/or musics - and will protect both yourself - and me - from any future copyright actions brought about by opportunistic music legal eagles !

We do licence the (30sec) download tracks for unrestricted, non-exclusive use for nominated people/programs - for pretty minimal $s - where just the short download mpeg tracks are of adequate quality and length

Downloads and custom cds

The download tracks may be used in your own private pieces or projects completely free of cost; if you wish to earn roubles, or $, or rupiah, etc, you need to contact me - as above

If you require higher quality sounds or musics, or if longer tracks are needed, or if different mixes of tracks are required, again, you can contact me, here

We provide a (mailed) custom cd service; list the tracks you want - here

If you just need single - or short - higher quality (AIFF, WAV type) audio files, and we can accommodate them via an email attachment, this can be done too

Check the music cds - there may be tracks there that provide for your needs

There are also other sound enviros available, many 'close' in character to those on site; there are also music variations, opened mixes and musical components ..

Purchasing cds

If you would like to buy a music cd, please send me a cd request indicating which cds you would like - and where you are; I will respond with an 'all-up' cost
We are using direct funds transfer - 'internet banking' - increasingly; this is quick, easy and reliable
Bank details are forwarded as orders are received

'Paypal' may also be used, this also works well, there are fees attached

And then there's the good old money order ..

I am currently living and working in the 'remoter' northern regions of Australia but you can usually contact me pretty quickly via the email links

There is also a mobile (cell) phone that works as well as the internet; the number only on request though !
