The uses and copyright pages are divided into several sections:

Using sams ..

All music and sound recordings have been composed, recorded and compiled by me, Peter Mummé - and are copyright
They may be freely used for private non-commercial use. However, if you earn $ (or euros, or roubles, or rupiah etc) as a result of their use, at a minimum, accreditation and some recompense is expected.

They are not intended for merely adding to to existing libraries nor sold nor distributed as being 'user creations'.

(By all means provide a link to this site - www.sounds-and-musics.com - in your library .. )

The library 30” download files are of adequate quality to enable them to be used directly in many projects

It seems easier to make all these sounds and musics freely available in the first instance - without restrictions - so you can enjoy them (half) as much as I do in making them - and possibly find uses for them in many different musical areas and in many other parts of the world

Any ‘sounds and musics’ pieces used in broadcast, production and film, need to be registered with your local performing rights organization (apra, bmi, ascap etc) using the (download) file names as titles - eg 0311ambi; 3142elem; mtm08even30
These are the registered titles of the pieces and should be logged with my name (Peter Mummé) as composer
You also need to notify me - what music and sounds were used when and for what.

Downloads and custom cds

The downloads - new tracks, cd tracks and nature's music tracks - will provide you with the full length versions of many pieces, they are also available without $ cost prior to download
(They are 'compressed' to mpeg 192k)
A payment of $2/track is suggested

Custom cds are made to request; and may contain any tracks you are hearing on the site ..
(CD audio tracks are not compressed)
A custom cd costs $45aud for a minimum of 10 minutes audio plus mailing

There are also other sound enviros available, many 'close' in character to those on site; there are also music variations, opened mixes and musical components ..

Non exclusive unrestricted use of any material purchased on a cd is granted to the purchaser; uses and copyright as above

Purchasing cds

If you would like to buy a music cd, please send me a cd request indicating which cds you would like - and where you are; I will respond with an 'all-up' cost and, if this is ok, will bill you using paypal ..
I don't like 'shopping carts' much .. but do use 'paypal' - which works well, is reliable and (to date) 100% safe
